Yes, if you’re set up on regular recurring service with us, you will have a cleaning technician assigned to your home, and that same technician will clean your home each time. The only exceptions are if the technician is out sick or on vacation, in which case we will alert you of the substitute technician arriving in their place to ensure your home is cleaned on schedule.

We understand all pets have different personalities. When you sign up for regular recurring service we will work out a plan with you for your pets. Some are best crated or outside and others are just as happy to lay on the couch and relax.

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated! You can leave a tip for your cleaning technician in several ways:

-Place it on the counter at your home for them to collect.
-Give it to them directly during the cleaning.
-Use the link provided in the text message follow-up after your cleaning, which allows you to leave a tip electronically.
-Call our office to set up a recurring tip to be left automatically for each cleaning.
